摘要
针对目前对小型海水淡化装置的需求,设计出一种利用蜂窝布水、板翅降膜技术的小型太阳能海水淡化装置,并利用模拟热源对该装置进行了实验研究。结果表明,由于装置采用了蜂窝布水,板翅降膜的关键技术,使得装置可以在温度50~90℃内运行,20~30 min后基本达到稳定状态,淡水产量随着运行温度的升高而增多,装置日效率可达85%。
In view of the small seawater desalination plant needs, a small kind of solar energy seawater desalination by using honeycomb water distribution and plate-fin falling film was designed, and studied by using heat source model. The results show that the plant can work at the temperature range of50-90 ℃ because of using honeycomb water distribution and plate-fin falling film. The plant runs smoothly after 20-30 min. The output of freshwater increased with increasing the running temperature and the efficiency of the plant can reach 85%.
