摘要
目的 :为解决 Sysm ex SF- 30 0 0血液分析仪稀释液试剂国产化 ,比较自配稀释液与进口稀释液是否有差异。方法 :通过检测进口稀释液的主要参数 ,确定自配稀释液的配方。结果 :自配和进口稀释液理化指标一致 ;它们检测 2 0份抗凝静脉血标本 ,所得七项主要指标均数相近 ,经配对资料 t检验 ,P值均大于 0 .0 5 ,相关系数均大于 0 .98;而且自配试剂重复性、稳定性良好。结论 :自配 Sysmex SF- 30 0
Objective: To resolve home production problem of a diluent for sysmex SF-3000 blood analyzer and to determine if there is difference in the diluent between home-made and imported. Method: The important parameters of imported diluent were determined, the prescription of home-made diluent was identified. Result: The physicochemical indexes of imported and home-made diluent were not found different; of twenty anticoagulant venous blood samples analyzed by sysmex SF-3000 blood analyzer with some import and home-made reagents, the average of seven assay parameters were similar(in the paired data t test, all p values great than 0.05). The correlation coefficien values were great than 0.98;the home-made reagent have good repeatability and stability. Conclusion: The home-made diluent of Sysmex SF-3000 blood analyzer can thoroughly replaces the imported. \ \
