井下小型化微波输能整流电路的研究与设计 被引量:1

摘要 为了解决井下无线传感器能量供给的问题,提出一种新型的小型化整流电路的设计,由改进滤波器的方法实现阻抗匹配,这种整流电路具有结构简单、尺寸小和整流效率高等优点。通过应用ADS仿真工具,在频率为5.8 GHz、负载为680Ω时,整流电路的最大整流效率为77.9%。通过测试,在输入功率为16 dBm时,输出电压可达4.4 V,转化效率为71.2%,证明其可以用于传感器无线充电整流电路中。 To solve the energy supply of wireless sensors underground, a novel microstrip rectifying circuit is proposed in this paper. Impedance matching is achieved by improved filter, this rectifier circuit has a simple structure, small size and high efficiency. Applying the ADS simulation tools at the frequency of 5.8 GHz, the load is 680Ω, the efficiency of the rectifier circuit is 77.9%. By testing, the input power is 16 dBm,the output voltage up to 4.4V, conversion efficiency is 71.2%, it can be used in sensor wireless charging system.
