摘要
针对2μm高功率激光医疗仪的强大市场需求,设计了一种以STM32处理器为核心、以触摸屏为人机交互界面的2μm高功率光纤激光器医疗仪控制系统。基于模块化设计思想,讨论了设备的结构、功能,完成了光纤激光器控制、精密水冷单元参数监控、电源模块抗干扰设计、输出功率校准等功能模块的设计。测试结果表明,该控制系统具有良好的可靠性和稳定性。
According to the large demand of 2 μm high-power laser therapeutic apparatus,a control system of the laser therapeutic apparatus was designed. It used STM32 as the core and touch-screen as its human-machine interface. The structure and function were discussed using the idea of modular design. The modulars of fiber laser control ,water-cooling unit parameters monitoring, power supply anti-interference design and output power calibration are realized. The test results show that the equipment has good reliability and stability.
