摘要
老年痴呆症是一种进行性记忆与认知丧失的疾病 ,目前尚无疗效满意的治疗药物。本文就老年痴呆症的对因治疗和对症治疗 ,延迟疾病恶化 。
Alzheimer's disease is characterized by progressive loss of memory and cognitive function. In this article,a number of theraputic drugs available or inclinical study for Alzheimer's disease, including acetylcholinesterase inhibitors, were introduced in the light of cause and symptom therapy.
