The application of the technique of liver CYP450 enzymes to the study of new drug metabolism and screening is an important link in new drug development. Recent investigations on CYP450 and its application in the study on new drug metabolism and development were reviewed, and it was suggested that liver CYP450 enzymes technique was useful in new drug screening and development in early phase.
