摘要
干细胞因子 (SCF)是近 10年来发现的一种重要细胞因子。它在临床上可降低放、化疗的毒副作用 ,还可用于脐带血的培养过程 ,在今后的器官移植和基因治疗方面起重要作用 ;另外 ,利用SCF处理造血干 /祖细胞 ,还可以提高逆转录病毒介导的基因转移效率。本文主要介绍SCF及其受体的结构、细胞分布、表达调控和生物学功能 。
Stem cell factor (SCF) is one of important cytokines found in the past ten years. Treatment with SCF can reduce side effects from chemo radiotherapy. It can also be used in the culturing of umbilical cord blood, playing an important role in organ grafting and transgenic therapy. In addition, SCF can improve the efficiency of retroviral mediated gene transduction in hematopoietic progenitor cells. The structure, cellular distribution, expressing modulation and biological function of SCF and its receptor c kit were reviewed, and the potential clinical application of SCF was also discussed.
