摘要
容克式空气预热器是热力发电厂、钢铁和化工行业回收余热,提高换热效率的重要设备。它的主要换热作用由布置在转子中的受热面来完成。由于容克式空气预热器传热元件密度较高,在锅炉燃用多灰分煤时,若吹灰不当或外部水分进入等,极易引起受热面堵灰。本文从空气预热器堵灰机理入手,进行煤质及堵灰原因分析,并提出相应的对策和建议。
Ljungstrom air preheater is important equipment to recover waste heat and improve heat exchange efficiency for thermal power plant, steel industry and chemical industry. Its main heat exchange function is realized by heating surface arranged in rotors. Due to high density of heat transfer elements in ljungstrom air preheater, when ash coal is fired in boiler, fouling of heating surface occurs easily in case of improper soot-blowing or entrance of foreign moisture. From fouling mechanism of air preheater, the author analyzes coal and fouling causes and presents relevant countermeasures and suggestions.
