摘要
目的:研究GBP术对2型糖尿病的治疗作用,并进一步探讨2型糖尿病的微血管病变发生机制,评估GBP术对降低T2DM大鼠微血管病变风险的作用。方法:建立2型糖尿病大鼠模型(T2DM大鼠)。对成模的T2DM大鼠进行随机分组,分为行GBP术的手术组,行不规律内科治疗(食物中加入不定量的降糖药)的内科治疗组,和未实行任何治疗的未经干预组,以及健康大鼠的正常对照组。在未施行GBP术前,及施行GBP术后的第1周,2周,4周利用全自动血细胞分析仪和生化分析仪,对HBA1C1、血小板平均体积(MPV)、血小板分布宽度(PDW)、血小板计数(PLT),血小板比容(PCT)进行分析。结果:行GBP术的手术组,大鼠的血小板参数和HBA1C1在术后一周时趋于稳定,术后2~4周逐渐恢复正常,微血管病变风险随之降低,甚至消失;不规律内科治疗组大鼠HBA1C1值和血小板参数值不稳定,上下波动,提示微血管病变风险仍存在;未经干预组的HBA1C1值和血小板参数值均改变明显,提示糖尿病情加重即提示微血管病变风险升高。结论:GBP术对于降低T2DM大鼠微血管病变风险有确切的效果,及时行GBP术或可逆转微血管病变。
Objective:To study the therapeutic effects of GBP operation on type two diabetes mellitus; to further explore the mechanism of micro vascular disease in type two diabetes; and to assess the effects of GBP on reducing the risk of micro vascular disease of TDM rats.Methods:We constructed the model of type two diabetic rats(TDM rats) and divided the model randomly into GBP operation group; department of internal medicine treatment group,(adding uncertain quantity of sugarlowering drugs to food); no intervention group; and normal control group of healthy rats.We analyzed HBA1C1,the average volume of blood platelet(MPV),platelet distribution width(PDW),platelet count(PLT),and hematocrit(PCT) with automatic blood cell analyzer and biochemical analyzer before GBP operation and the first,the second,and the fourth week after GBP operation respectively.Results:In GBP operation group,rats' platelet parameters and HBA1C1 within one week after operation were stable,and returned to be normal after 2 ~ 4 weeks gradually.The risk of vascular lesions decreased,even disappeared.HBA1C1 and platelet parameter values were not stable and fluctuated in irregular Department of internal medicine treatment group,which suggested that the risk of micro vascular disease risk still existed; HBA1C1 and platelet parameter values in no intervention group were changed significantly,suggesting that diabetic microangiopathy exacerbated and the risk increased.Conclusion:GBP technique has exact effect on reducing TDM rat micro vascular disease risk,and timely GBP surgery could reverse the development of micro vascular disease.
