摘要
目的探讨老年慢性阻塞性肺气肿护理中的舒适护理措施及其疗效。方法选择2012年8月—2013年6月本院收治的慢性阻塞性肺气肿患者130例,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组65例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组在对照组护理基础上增加舒适护理。观察2组护理后的住院时间、治疗有效率和满意度。结果观察组住院时间显著短于对照组,治疗有效率明显优于对照组,且2组满意度分别为98.46%(64/65)和84.62%(55/65),比较结果有显著差异。结论针对老年慢性阻塞性肺气肿采取合理的舒适护理措施,不仅可以缩短患者住院时间,减轻患者病痛和经济负担,还可提高患者治疗有效率和满意度,值得在临床上广泛应用和研究。
Objective To explore the nursing measures and therapeutic effect of comfortable nursing in elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary emphysema （COPD）. Methods A total of 130 elderly patients with COPD admitted in our hospital from Aug, 2012 to Jun, 2013 were collected. They were randomly divided into control group and observation group with 65 cases in each group, among which the control group was conducted with routine nursing and observation group was additional given comfortable nursing except for the routine nursing. The hospitalization time, efficiency and satisfaction were observed after nursing in both groups. Results The observa- tion group is distinctively superior to control group in terms of hospitalization time and efficiency. The satisfaction of observation group and control group were respectively 98.46 % （64/65） and 84. 62 % （55/65）. Therefore, difference was statistically significant. Conclusion Countermeasures of comfortable nursing for elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary emphysema shorten the hospitalization time and alleviates the suffering of disease and the financial burden of patients. Meanwhile, it could enhance the therapeutic efficiency and satisfaction of patients. Therefore, it is worthwhile putting it into clinical practice and research.
