光动力联合疗法治疗尿道口尖锐湿疣疗效分析 被引量:4

摘要 尖锐湿疣(CA)是最常见的性传播疾病之一,尿道尖锐湿疣是其特殊类型,男性CA患者中约20%发生在尿道,尤其是尿道口。本科采用5-氨基酮戊酸光动力疗法(ALA—PDT)联合微波及注射卡介菌多糖核酸治疗尿道口尖锐湿疣,同时检测治疗前、后尿道口局部HPV—DNA,观察HPV病毒清除情况,现将结果报告如下。
