摘要
为了分析220kV线路导线断裂的原因,对断线进行了外观检查、尺寸测量、导线整体拉伸试验、铝单丝和镀锌钢单丝拉伸试验、成分测量、断口扫描电镜分析,并与新导线进行对比分析。试验结果表明,铝单丝抗拉强度不合格,铝单丝电镜扫描发现硅元素偏析,组织中存在夹杂和空洞,降低了铝单丝的抗拉强度。蜂窝状的初晶硅和共晶硅很脆,严重地割裂了基体,降低了合金的强度和塑性,其直流电阻率也不合格。
Aluminum conductor steel-reinforced(ACSR)was suddenly broke in 220kV line of certain power supply.In order to analyze the reasons of conductor fracture,the visual inspection,dimensional measurement,overall tensile test,aluminum strands and galvanized steel strands tensile test,composition measurements,fracture scanning electron microscopy(SEM)were carried out,as well as comparative analysis with the new wire.The test results found that the tensile strength of aluminum strands failed,SEM test of aluminum strands found the silicon element micro-segregation(ingredients uneven),and there are inclusions and voids in microstructure,so reduce the tensile strength of the aluminum strands.The hexagonal primary crystal silicon and the eutectic silicon with honeycomb shape is very brittle,this brittleness seriously fragmented the substrate,reducing the strength and ductility of the alloy,resulting in its DC resistivity also failed.
