摘要
城市道路建设项目交通影响评价工作的开展有利于保证道路建设最大程度的满足交通需求,是十分必要的。鉴于此,利用断裂点理论对影响范围进行确定,并从评价对象、交通调查及需求预测方面着手,对城市道路建设项目交通影响评价过程中存在的一些问题进行研究,为该项工作的开展提供参考。
Traffic impact assessment of urban road construction projects is important to ensure that road construction can meet the transport demand as far as possible.In view of its significance,the breaking point theory has been used to determine the influence scope,and some problems in the traffic impact assessment of urban road construction have been studied in the aspects of evaluation subjects,traffic surveys and demand forecasts,etc.,thus to offer some reference for this project.
