摘要
分析供应链管理中的基本活动和主要决策问题 ,着重从运筹学的角度 ,论述了供应链管理中的运营计划和战略计划模型 ,探讨了供应链的构建、实施步骤、全球供应链及人们在理解和实施供应链时的一些误区 .
In this paper,the basic activ ites and the main decision problems on SCM are analyzed,the operational plann ing and the strategic planning model are discussed and summarized from th e point of view of operation research.The construction of SC and its steps of implementing,global SC,and the pitfalls in implementing and understandi ng of SC are studied.
