摘要
随着我国经济的发展,物流需求日益增长,物流企业道路运输业务日增月盛,物流道路运输事故也随之递增,货车事故已经成为阻碍社会经济发展的顽疾。根据福建省某地区三年内的交通事故数据分析可知,物流企业道路运输事故的主要成因包括人员因素、车辆因素、道路因素等。应用德尔菲法对事故隐患做出定性分析,可有效帮助物流企业安全生产管理人员认清货车事故成因与隐患,提前做好预警、防范,减少道路运输生产安全事故的发生率。
Along with the development of our country＇s economy, growing need for logistics, logistics road transport business month more. The road transportation accidents in logistics industry also increases , Large trucks accident has become a problem hindering the development of the social economy. The article through the three years in a given area of Fujian province traffic accident data analysis, summing up the main cause of freight car accident, and application of Delphi method the mining accident cause the safe hidden dangers. The aim is to help the persons in charge of safety in logistics enterprise to recognize the formation reasons and hidden dangers of truck accident, advance warning, prevention, reduce the incidence of road transportation production safety accidents.
