摘要 地理背景决定了民族风俗特征 ,江苏南北饮食风俗自有差异。近代江苏大体可分为苏锡常饮食文化圈、徐海饮食文化圈、宁镇扬淮饮食文化圈与通盐饮食文化圈。苏南、苏北主要饮食品种的差异在于 :徐海人主食以干食为主 ,“非干不饱” ;其它地区主食以米饭、米粥为主 ,佐以面食 ;苏锡常米食糕团大量食用。江苏南北饮食风俗表现在人生礼仪方面的差异也很明显。 Geographical backgrounds affect the national customs and characteristics. There are, of course,some differences in food customs between the South and the North of Jiangsu.Recently Jiangsu can be divided into some cultural circles, as Su Xi Chang food cultural circle,Xu Hai food cultural circle, Ling Zheng Yang Huai food cultural circle and Tong Yan food cultural circle. The difference in staple food varieties in the South and the North of Jiangsu: cooked wheated food is the staple food for people of Xu Hai, “Only the dry food can make you full”; the staple foods for people in other places are rice, porriage and cooked wheated food as subsidiary food;people in Su Xi Chang have a lot of rice cakes. The difference of the food customs of the South and the North of Jiangsu expressed in life ceremony and propriety is also evident.
