摘要
目的探讨品管圈活动在提高临床护生带教质量方面的应用效果。方法针对护理实习生在临床工作中的学习效率、带教质量,成立爱心品管圈,确立"提高临床护生的带教质量"的活动主题,运用PDCA循环原则,进行现状调查、要因分析、实施对策制定、效果检验、效果巩固等。结果品管圈实施前后护生满意度、带教质量综合考评得分、护生专科理论和专科操作成绩比较,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.01)。结论品管圈活动可提高护生实习满意度和带教质量,提高护生在临床工作中的学习效率,提高参与者QCC的知识以及团队合作能力。
Objective To explore the effect of quality control circle (QCC) activities on improving nursing students~ satisfaction with clinical teaching. Methods Based on nursing studentsr study efficiency in clinical practice and quality of clinical teaching, a QCC was formed and revolved around the theme of how to improve quality of clinical teaching. The circle members made investigations, identified leading causes, formulated strategies, implemented improvement measures, examined effects, and strengthened effects by using the PDCA cycle. Results Students~ satisfaction with clinical teaching, score of teaching quality through a comprehensive e valuation, and examination scores of students~ specialty theory and skills, showed significant differences before and after QCC ac- tivities (P〈0. 01 for all). Conclusion QCC activities help improve students' satisfaction and teaching quality, and also improve students' study efficiency, QCC knowledge and team cooperation ability.
