摘要
目的探索2001～2012年我国专科护士的研究现况和发展动态，为建设专科护理人才队伍、提升专科护理水平提供参考。方法采用文献计量学分析方法，对2001～2012年收录在中国生物医学文献数据库、中国期刊全文数据库中的与专科护士培养和管理有关的文献进行检索，对研究文献的年度变化、地区变化、期刊分布、研究领域、研究类别、研究内容等进行系统性分析。结果共检索出专科护士研究的相关文献246篇，文献数量呈逐年上升趋势，主要聚焦于专科护士培养和管理等方面。结论通过对专科护士培养和管理的文献计量学分析，建议开拓研究地域．深化专科领域，标化培养模式，优化培养体系，完善管理体制，规范使用流程，以提高专科护士人才队伍建设，推动专科护理水平发展。
Objective To analyze research status and development of specialty nurses from 2001 to 2012 in China, and to provide references for cultivating specialty nurses and improving quality of specialty care. Methods All published papers related to training and management of specialty nurses were searched in the CBM Disc and CNIKI database. After the search was completed, for each article, the year of publication, the place of the first author, the journal of publication, the research area, the research type and the subject were analyzed. Results Totally, 246 articles were retrieved and the number of papers published on specialty nurses increased year by year; the main subjects of all the articles were training and management of specialty nurses. Conclusion We should expand research places, deepen research content, standardize training model, improve training system, optimize management mechanism, and standardize process for use of specialty nurses, to promote cultivation of specialty nurses and quality of specialty care.
