摘要 本研究以长期在通用桌面高度上使用笔记本电脑,将给使用者带来诸多身体危害为背景。通过获取被测试者的坐姿角度和舒适度自我评价量表,对比了在键盘操作和书写任务时桌高变化对平均姿势和姿势变化的影响。结果表明进行电脑操作和书写的主观评价分值分别在第2级和第3级桌高达到峰值。书写导致了更大的头颈部弯曲和脊柱不对称性,推断书写比电脑操作更易患肌肉骨骼疾病。统计结果表明舒适度与视角和头颈角显著相关。 The symptom phenomena often occur that notebook PC users suffer from physical discomfort and harm after long-term using notebook PC on common desk height. The correlation among sitting posture angle, comfortable degree and desk height were investigated. The sitting posture angle values of different testees and comfortable degree self evaluation form were obtained, and. The effects of desk height variations when the testees did the key board operation of notebook PC and wrote something on testees' mean posture, motion variability were compared with 3D motion capture system The results of this study show that the scores of self- evaluation comfort when the testees performed typing and writing tasks at second and third level of desk surface height reached the highest values respectively; when the testees wrote paper, their' s head, neck bent and formed asymmetry of spine more seriously; accordingly, it is inferred that writing work could lead more greater musculoskeletal disease than in doing key board operation of notebook PC; comfort had significant correlation with eye perspective angle, head and neck bend angle in the light of the statistical results.
