摘要
分析了在不同国家和地区栽培的 8个秀珍菇菌株的农艺性状 ,利用现代分子生物学技术扩增获得秀珍菇菌株RAPD的DNA指纹图谱 ,并构建其树状遗传聚类图。结果表明 ,这些菌株存在较大的遗传差异。
The amplified DNA fingerprints from RAPD of 8 P.geesteranus strains cultivated in different countries and areas were obtained by modern molecular biological techniques and cluster dendrogram was constructed in terms of the DNA fingerprints in this research. And the agronomical characters of these P. geesteranus strains were analysed in this study too. The results showed that large genetic diversities were found between these strains.
