对氨基苯甲酸改性的粘胶基活性碳纤维对甲醛脱除性能的研究

摘要 将粘胶基活性碳纤维(Rayon-ACFs)用一定浓度的对氨基苯甲酸(p-PABA)溶液进行改性,系统地考察了活性碳纤维的孔隙结构、表面化学结构和甲醛脱除性能。通过低温氮气吸附方法发现,随着PABA浓度的增加,样品的比表面积、微孔孔容和总孔容都有所降低。通过元素分析和x射线光电子能谱分析发现,改性后样品的表面具有含氮官能团。改性后的Rayon-ACFs样品对甲醛的动态穿透时间和吸附容量都明显高于未改性的Rayon-ACFs样品。未改性的Rayon-ACFs样品对甲醛的脱除以物理吸附为主,而改性后的Rayon-ACFs样品对甲醛脱除性能的提高可能是物理吸附和化学吸附协同作用的结果。
