摘要
为了在北京地铁8号线鼓楼大街站主体结构完工前实现盾构后配套的组装,确保盾构早日始发,以鼓楼大街站主体结构负3层轨行区范围内中板支撑体系采用型钢排架代替满堂红脚手架。详细阐述了型钢排架的设计、验算和施工工艺,提出了安全质量控制要点和改进措施。得出:该型钢排架支撑体系能在满足混凝土施工受力要求的前提下,为盾构后配套在车站轨行区范围内组装提供有效空间,达到缩短工期的目的,使盾构的下井组装、调试与提供始发条件的车站结构同时施工成为可能。
Steel frame is used as the support of the intermediate slab of the 3rd underground floor of (;uloudajie Station of Line 8 of Beijing Metro, so as to erect the back-up system of the shiehl machine before the construction of the main structure of the Station is completed, and, in the end, to ensure earlier shield launching. In the paper, the design, calculation and construction technology of the steel frame are presented in detail, and key quality and safety control points and optimization measures of the steel frame are proposed. The practice shows that the steel frame used is feasible and that, due to the application of the steel frame, synchronization of Metro station structure construction and shield machine assembling can be realized.
