摘要
目的了解中国成人居民慢性病流行现状及其影响因素，为慢性病的管理和控制提供参考依据。方法利用第四次国家卫生服务调查数据，计算中国成人居民慢性病患病率，采用广义估计方程克服整群抽样数据的聚集性，分析中国成人居民慢性病影响因素。结果2008年卫生服务调查≥18岁总人口为136371人，城市居民的患病率为21．24％，农村居民的患病率为19．33％；高血压的患病率为7．08％，高于其他慢性病；性别、年龄、民族、婚姻状况、居住地区和文化程度是居民慢性病患病的影响因素，女性患病风险是男性的1．18倍，t〉65岁居民患病风险是18～34岁居民的12．18倍。结论高血压已成为威胁中国成人居民健康的主要疾病之一；女性、老年人、离婚丧偶居民和居住在东部地区居民是慢性病的高危人群。
Objective To study the prevalence of chronic diseases among adult residents in China and the influen cing factors of chronic diseases and to provide reference to management and control of the diseases. Methods The mor bidity rate of chronic diseases among adult Chinese residents were calculated using the data from Fourth National Health Service Survey and the influencing factors of the chronic diseases were analyzed. Results The total number of residents aged 18 years and older surveyed by the Fourth National Health Service Survey were 136 371. The morbidity rate of chro nic diseases was 21.24% among the residents in urban area,and 19. 33% in rural area. The morbidity rate of hyperten sion was 7. 08 %, higher than other chronic diseases. Female, elder people, Han nationality, divorced, living in eastern area, and with high education were the risk factors for the chronic diseases. Odds ratios of the chronic diseases for female gender and residents at ages of 65 years or older compared to those aged 18 - 34 years were 1.18 and 12. 18, respectively. Conclusion Hypertension is a main threat to Chinese adults. Female, elder people, people of divorced or widowed and liveing in the east of China are the populations at higher risk for chronic diseases.
