摘要
新世纪以来,我国关于教育经费效益评价的研究大致沿着三条思路展开:评价指标的构建、评价对象的实证与评价方法的运用。评价指标逐渐由单一的结果性指标转向综合的过程性指标;从对某一教育层次、某一地区的实证评价转向层次与地区结合的交叉评价;评价方法也逐步从静态转向动态,日益多元化。提高评价指标的科学性,构建完善的评价体系与创造科学的评价方法,可能是今后研究的长期趋势。
People usually research on the estimation on educational funds effectiveness basically from three thought roads: estimation index establishing, cases demonstration and estimation method applying. The indexes are transferring from final single ones to synthetic process' ones. The demonstration is transferring from on some one education type and some one area to the estimation on education type tied with area. The methods are also diversif- ying gradually from static state to dynamic. How to improve the index scientificalness, set up a perfect estimation system and create scientific estimation methods maybe the long- term trend in the future.
