钨酸盐发光材料MWO_4:Eu^(3+)(M=Ca,Sr)的制备及表征 被引量:5

Preparation and characterization of tungstate luminescent materials MWO_4:Eu^(3+)(M=Ca,Sr)

摘要 采用共沉淀法合成了CaWO4:Eu3+和SrWO4:Eu3+荧光粉体.利用荧光光谱仪测定了样品的光谱特性,结果表明,其主要激发波长为393nm和464nm,以393nm为激发波长说明样品能被近紫外光有效激发,并在614nm产生红色荧光;采用XRD分析其物相及晶体结构,发现生成的发光材料的晶型为四方晶系,晶粒均在纳米级,且在焙烧温度为400℃时生成的样品不含杂质,晶粒尺寸较小;扫描电镜显示400℃焙烧温度下生成的发光材料的样品颗粒大小在100~300nm之间,焙烧温度升高时,SrWO4:Eu3+的抗烧结能力弱,样品出现团聚,生成的样品颗粒变大. Fluorescent powder CaWO4 :Eu3+ and SrWO4 :Eu3+ was prepared by co-precipitati-on method .Spectral properties of samples was measured using the fluorescence spectrome-ter .It shows that ,the main excitation wavelength is 393 nm and 464 nm and red fluorescence in 614 nm can be effectively stimulated with 393 nm as the excitation wavelength ;XRD anal-ysis confirmed that the luminescent material exhibited a tetragonal crystal structure ,and the crystallite sizes are in nanometers .When the calcination temperature is 400 ℃ ,the lumines-cent materials are free of impurities ,and the crystallite sizes are smaller than calcinated at 500 ℃ or 600 ℃ ;SEM observes that the sample′s particle size of the luminescent material is between 100~300 nm at 400 ℃ .With rising of the calcination temperature ,the anti sinte-ring ability of SrWO4 :Eu3+ was weak ,its particles became larger because of reunion .
