硬膜外麻醉术后下腰痛与性别的关系研究

摘要 目的：探讨硬膜外麻醉术后下腰痛与性别的关系。方法：采用自行设计的调查问卷，对我院硬膜外麻醉165例术后第1～3天下腰痛的发生情况进行调查，并分析下腰痛与性别的关系。结果：女性患者硬膜外麻醉术后第1～3天，下腰痛的发生率及视觉模拟评分（VAS）分值均显著高于男性患者（P〈0．05）。结论：女性患者硬膜外麻醉术后下腰痛发生率显著高于男性患者。
