孟鲁司特钠治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘患儿气管炎症的效果分析 被引量:9

摘要 目的探讨孟鲁司特钠对咳嗽变异性哮喘患儿气管炎症的治疗效果。方法以我院咳嗽变异性哮喘患儿98例为研究对象,按照患者是否使用孟鲁司特钠,将患儿分为观察组(49例)和对照组(49例),比较患儿在临床症状、肺功能和咳嗽变异性哮喘相关炎性因子水平之间的差异。结果观察组患儿临床各指标水平优于对照组,其差异有统计学意义。结论孟鲁司特钠相较于传统长期吸入糖皮质治疗方法,对于小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘有更积极的治疗作用。 Objective To explore the efficacy of montelukast in treatment of children with cough variant asthma on lung function and airway inflammation. Methods 98 children with cough variant asthma were randomly divided into the control group (49 cases) and the observation group (49 cases ). The observation group was given montelukast additionally. The score of clinical outcome and related indicators were compared between the two groups. Results The improvement of all indexes was more pronounced in the observation group than in the control group. Conclusion Montelukast has satisfactory clinical outcome in the treatment of children with cough variant asthma, which can reduce the level of inflammation and improve their lung function.
