摘要
阐述了向家坝右岸电站水轮发电机定子绕组的结构特点、安装工艺和质量控制要点,介绍了定子绕组安装后需要进行的电气试验;对机组汇流环接头进行了优化,提高了机组运行的安全性。首台机组经安装调试后运行效果良好。
The structural characteristics, installation process and quality control points of stator windings for the hydro-generators in the right-bank power plant of Xiangjiaba Hydropower Station are presented, and the electrical tests of stator winding after installation completion are also introduced. The connectors of collector ring are optimized to improve the operation safety of generator. The actual operation of the first unit in right-bank power plant is good.
