摘要
目的 通过对胰头癌术前评分指导胰头癌的治疗。方法 疑胰头癌的病人术前行肝功能、CT检查 ,根据病人的年龄、肝功能、CT结果进行评分 ,根据评分结果制定手术方案。结果 对 2 0例胰头癌进行评分 ,避免了不必要的探查 ,选择了切合实际的治疗方案。
Objective To give an appropriate treatment to the patients with pancreatic head cancer according to the preoperational evaluation.Methods A score was given to the patients with pancreatic head carcinoma based on their age、liver function and CT scan results.Operational plans were formulated and taken according to the score.Results 20 patients were treated by the most suitable treating plan.Unnecessarry exploration was avoided.Conclusion Preoperationa l scoring was helpful for choosing a suitable treating plan for the patients with pancreatic head cacinoma.
