Determination of Acetone and Butanone in Ambient Air and Exhaust Gas by Pure Water Absorption–Headspace Gas Chromatography

摘要 建立纯水吸收-顶空-气相色谱法测定空气废气中的丙酮和丁酮的方法,通过对多参数的比对测试,选择最佳优化条件。分别用该方法和对活性炭吸附-溶剂解析-气相色谱法工作场所空气及废气有组织和无组织排放进行采样分析,结果表明:2种监测方法结果一致,相对偏差小于10%;该方法较为简便,灵敏度更高,重现性好,线性范围宽,精密度和准确度满意,尤其是避免了消耗有毒有害有机试剂。 A method of determination of acetone and methyl ethyl ketone in air using a gas chromatograph with a headspace sampler was studied,and the conditions were optimized by the comparing analysis of some parameters. Stationary sources and fugitive emission were detected using this method and active carbon adsorption-solvent resolve-gas chromatography method, separately. It was found that their analysis results were highly consistent, with a relative deviation of less than 10%.Compared with the later one, this method is more sensitive,simpler and more precise. Besides, its repeatability and linearity are much better, and toxic organic solvents can be avoided.
