摘要
文章基于产品核心平台提出了一种模块化产品的多层次配置方法。该方法首先提出将产品的客户需求分为约束性需求和选择性需求两大类,提出核心平台的概念并将其模块化产品划分为核心平台和定制两部分。然后基于客户的约束性需求对模块化产品核心平台进行筛选,通过建立模块化产品平台配置相似矩阵并基于选择性需求对产品核心平台进行优化配置,并在核心平台配置的基础上根据客户需求对定制模块进行配置。最后以轮式装载机为例对模块化产品核心平台的配置过程进行了研究。
A multi-level configuration design approach for modular products is proposed in this paper.Firstly,the customer demand is divided into necessary demand and alternative demand.The concept of core platform is introduced,and the modular product is divided into core platform and customized module.The instance of core platform is been filtered based on the necessary demand.Configuration similarity manix for core platform of modular products is introduced and been used to optimize the configuration of core platform of modular products.The customized module is allocated based on the core platform and customer demand.Lastly,this method is applied to the wheel loader to demonstrate its rationality and effectiveness.
