摘要
利用Creo设计出五轴虚拟数控机床机构模型,用Creo设计工件模型及五轴加工NC代码,然后由VERICUT切削加工模拟软件整合前两者的资料,即可开始进行五轴切削仿真验证,通过模拟整个机床加工过程,验证了五轴数控加工程序的正确性,从而缩短生产周期,降低成本。
By integrating the processes which are conducted by Creo of designing the five-axis virtual machine model,and its workpiece model and NC code with the simulation software—VERICUT,fiveaxis cutting simulation verification can be carried out.By simulating the process of the entire machine,it can verify the correctness of the five-axis CNC machining process,and thus shortening the production cycle and reducing the costs.
