摘要
通过ANSYS软件对差速器轴承外圈与壳体轴承座孔的压装过程进行了仿真,分析了影响压装的因素,得出压装力的变化规律。并用正交试验法设计了一组试验,把试验所得数据与理论计算和仿真结果进行对比,验证了压装力-位移曲线的变化规律和各因素对压装的影响,为压装设备的设计、压装工艺的优化和压装过程的监测提供了依据。
The press-mounting process of differential bearing outer ring and housing bearing seat bore are simulated by ANSYS,the factors of affecting the press-mounting are analyzed and the fitting force variation is obtained.A set of experiments is designed by orthogonal experimental design.By made a comparison of actual-calculated-simulated between the test data and the theoretical calculations and the simulation results,press-mounting force-displacement curve variation and the impact of various factors on pressmounting are verified,which provide a basis for press-mounting equipment design,the press-mounting process optimization and the process of press-mounting monitoring.
