摘要
针对海洋废弃桩管氧化切割的控制需求,本文将PLC、伺服驱动、传感器、视频监控等与氧化切割装置有机集成在一起,基于组态软件开发了适用于海上现场作业的氧化切割控制系统,实现了氧化切割装置在桩管内部导向、定位、切割的自动化与智能化。实际使用表明,该系统功能齐全、操作方便、稳定性好,能有效完成海洋废弃桩管的泥下切除工作。
Based on the controlling demand of oxidative cutting of discarded offshore platform piles,this paper gets PLC,servo system,sensor,video surveillance and oxidative cutting machine together,develops an oxidative cutting control system which is applied to field operations at seas based on the confuguartion software,and achieve the automation and intelligent of the oxidative cutting machine in internal guide,location,and oxidative cutting.The practical use shows,the system is fully functional,easy to operate and can cut the discarded offshore platform piples.
