摘要
主要研究了以桥式-周波变换器为主电路拓扑、DSP为主控制芯片的高频环节逆变器。阐述了移相SPWM调制原理和控制方法,并介绍了基于DSP该控制策略的实现方案,应用PSIM软件对系统进行了数字仿真并搭建了原理试验装置,最后给出了仿真及原理实验波形。研究结果表明,数字控制下该变换器具有良好的静、动态性能,波形质量好,总谐波畸变率THD小,电压环跟随特性好。
A high-frequency link inverter with full-bridge inverter -cycloconverter as its main circuit topology and DSP as its core controller was studied. The fundamental principles of the sinusoidal pulse width modulation control strategy and the control method was described. Then, the implementation scheme of the control strategy based on DSP was introduced. PSIM was used on the digital simulation of the system and a principle test device was designed. The simulation and experimental waveforms was given at last. The research results show that this inverter has good static and dynamic performance by digital control, good waveform quality, small THD, and the voltage loop has good following performance.
