摘要
和谐企业建设是构建社会主义和谐社会的重要组成部分,同时也是企业实现可持续发展的客观要求。企业和谐的构成要素有劳动关系、员工关系、企业制度、企业文化、外部环境等。构建和谐企业应建立和谐的企业劳动关系;建立和谐的员工关系;建立企业内部公平机制;建立和谐的企业管理机制;打造和谐企业文化;全面塑造企业形象,加强生态环境保护。
The construction of harmonious enterprise is an important part of building a socialist harmonious society, is also an objective requirement for enterprises to achieve sustainable development. There are some factors affecting the harmonious enterprise including labor relations, harmonious enterprise management mechanism, harmonious enterprise culture and external environment. The construction of a harmonious enterprise should depend on establishing harmonious labor relations, establishing internal fair mechanism, establishing harmonious enterprise management mechanism, building harmonious enterprise culture, full shape of the corporate image and strengthening environmental protection.
