摘要
本文通过对一种新型疫苗 PHKC精制狂犬病疫苗的全面实验室检定并与法国Vero细胞狂犬病疫苗比较 ,认为该疫苗安全性良好 ,纯度较高 。
A newly purified rabies vaccine from PHKC has been used in human.This vaccine was first tested for purity,safety and protective capacity in a series of laboratory tests. Compared with Vero cell rabies vaccine(France)of similar immune efficacy.The results indicated that the new vaccine was excellently safety, and its protective activity in conformation with the France rabies vaccine.
