摘要
目的 评价团注跟踪造影技术在下肢血管疾病的应用。方法 使用SIEMENSCOROSKOPPLUS数字减影血管造影系数检查了 10例下肢血管团注跟踪造影 ,其中的 4例还进行了常规DSA。结果 本法一次注射造影剂可跟踪显示一侧下肢动脉的全程。结论 下肢血管团注跟踪造影技术较其它方法获得的信息量大 ,造影剂用量少 ,检查时间短 ,具有快捷 。
Objective To evaluate the application of bolus chase angiography in peripheral vascular disease. Methods Bolus chase angiography were performed by DSA system (Siemens coroskop plus) in 10 patient.Among them,Convention DSA were taken in 4 patient in the same DSA unit. Results After the contrast material run,The operator follow the contrast bolus.Iliac,Femoral,popliteal and tibial arteries were clearly visualized. Conclusion Bolus chasc angiography may providc optimal imagc with the dccrcast of the procedure time and the amount of contrast material.It is the most effective way in rapidity and accuracy diagnosis of peripheral vascular disease.
