摘要
针对非常滞洪区,提出了一套适应性较强的洪灾损失评估方法 :利用空间展布的方式,得到淹没区内的社会经济分布情况;在此基础上,基于GIS提出了适用于非常滞洪区的洪水淹没损失评估模型;并将此方法应用到东苕溪流域非常滞洪区的洪灾损失评估中,得到了理想的效果,为防汛减灾工作提供了依据。
A suitable lood losses evaluation was promoted in this paper.2D saint-venant equation model was applied in the flood propagation to get the flood risk factors.Social economic distribution in flood area could be known by space distribution.On the basis,a suitable model of lood losses evaluation in unusual lood detention basin was promoted by GIS.Using this model in Dongshao streams got an ideal result.It has important assistant efect for the lood prevention and disaster mitigation.
