摘要
机关是一个政治资源、知识资源、人才资源相对集中的特殊场所,机关工作人员是既相互联系而又相对独立的个体,其思想觉悟、政治素质、文化水平、生活经历、接受能力、生活习惯、性格特点等存在差异。在新形势下机关工作人员思想政治工作应从坚持以人为本,贯彻尊重人、理解人、关心人的主体性原则出发,既要倾注真情爱心,强化教导,正确引导,精心疏导,又要加强传导,导而有道。
