摘要
高职医用化学教学要注意尊重学生个体差异,因材施教。教师应针对高职学生和医用化学课程的特点,围绕"材"和"教"有的放矢地进行教学,并依此建立综合的课程评价机制,从而实现学生全面而有个性的发展。
Teaching students in accordance with their aptitude is an important means to improve teaching quality. The essay advocated the teaching notion of valuing individual differences of students in higher vocational education, implementing targeted teaching, therefore promoting all-round and personality development of students. It illustrated the application of teaching students in accordance with their aptitude in medical chemistry teaching in higher vocational education from three aspects of combining the characteristics of higher vocational students and medical chemistry course, emphasizing the selection of ＂teaching materials＂ and ＂teaching methods＂ , and constructing the course assessment mechanism to promote students＂ development.
