摘要
目的 :优选独参注射液提取工艺。方法 :以人参总皂苷提取率为观察指标 ,对人参的不同提取工艺进行实验比较 ,并用正交实验法进行工艺参数筛选。结果 :独参注射液提取工艺以回流法为佳 ,优选的提取工艺条件为 :人参分别加 10倍量 75 %乙醇回流提取三次 ,每次 1h。结论
OBJECTIVE:To optimize the extraction process of injection Panax Ginseng.METHOD:The optimum extraction conditions were investigated by the orthogonal design and in total ginsenoside as the content index.RESULTS:The best extraction method was alcohol refluxing and the optimum extraction condition obtained was:adding 10 times amount of 75% alcohol and extracting for 1 hour(totally extracting for 3 times).CONCLUSIONS:The optimized process is of the value in guiding the process of injection Panax Ginseng.
