摘要
目的 :观察黄芪注射液治疗病毒性心肌炎的疗效及安全性。方法 :对 72例病毒性心肌炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组 ,分别给予黄芪注射液及极化液治疗。结果 :治疗组与对照组相比显效率提高 (P<0 .0 5 ) ,总有效率 (P<0 .0 1)明显提高。结论 :本疗法疗效理想 ,应用方便 ,副反应少 ,值得在临床推广应用。
Objective: It is to study the effect and the safety of astragalus liquid on the treatment of viral myocarditis. Methods: 72 cases with viral myocarditis were randomly divided into astragalus treated group and control group(treated with GIK). Results: Both the signally effective rate and the total effective rate were significantly higher in the astragalus treated group than in the control group ( P <0.05 or P <0.01). Conclusion: Not only the treatment of viral myocarditis with astragalus liquid is effective, convenient and safe, but also has little side-effects. It could be widely used in clinical practice.
