摘要
配制了K5、PVA含量不同的2种浆料配方,对这2种配方浆料的浆液性能、浆膜性能等进行了测试分析.分别使用这2种浆料对涤/棉混纺纱线进行上浆实验,对比分析了上浆后纱线的毛羽降低率、耐磨性能、增强率、减伸率等性能指标.结果显示,涤/棉混纺纱线上浆时加入新型浆料K5取代部分PVA后,其上浆性能得到了改善.
Two size formulas are made up, through contrast experimnt, and size film properties are tested and analyzed. Meanwhile, through the experiment of T/C yarn sizing, sized yarn hairiness reducing rate,wear-resisting property, increasing rate, reducing rate and other per, formance indicators are analyzed. The results show that after using K5 size to partly replace PVA, the sizing performance of T/C blended yarn is improved.
