摘要
通过对柳江柳州市区河段的水功能区划分、水质状况、取水和排污现状等情况的调查,对水功能区的纳污能力进行分析;并对水功能区划实施以来,区划结果的合理性、水功能区管理以及与柳州经济发展之间的关系作出评价。
For the Liujiang River section within Liuzhou City, investigation had been conducted on the water func- tion zoning, water quality, current status of water taking and pollution discharge, based on which the author ana- lyzed the pollution capacity of water function zones, evaluated the zoning rationality, management of function zones and their relationship with economic development of Liuzhou City since the zoning policy was implemented.
