摘要
以不同比例大豆低聚糖代替葡萄糖作为MRS培养基碳源,进行植物乳杆菌体外培养,测定不同时间点OD600nm、pH值、乳酸生成量,以最适比例绘制生长曲线,并进行抑菌效果试验。结果表明,培养24 h时,3%大豆低聚糖添加比例OD600nm为1.78,pH 4.32,乳酸生成量为66.53 mmol·L-1,能够生成典型生长曲线,对植物乳杆菌本身抑菌特性没有影响。结果表明,大豆低聚糖能够明显促进植物乳杆菌增殖,可以考虑二者配伍开发合生元产品。
The carbon source of MRS culture medium was replaced by different proportion of soybean oligosacchaddes. The OD600nm, pH and lactic acid production were detected at different time points after Lactobacillus plantarum cultured in vitro. The results showed that, after 24 h cultivation, the OD600nm showed 1.78, pH value was 4.32, lactic acid production was 66.53 mmol· L^-1 when soybean oligosaccharide was added in MRS culture medium by 3%. The typical growth curve could be formed at 3% supplementation proportion. And antimicrobial properties of Lactobacillus plantarum had not been affected by soybean oligosaccharide supplementation. Therefore, soybean oligosaccharides signifi- cantly promoted Lactobacillus plantarum multiplication, and could be considered to explore symbiotic combined with Lactobacillus plantarum.
