摘要
内地国家示范高职院校培养疆藏民族生是一个新课题.为了探索高职教育对疆藏民族生教育管理工作的最佳方式,强化民族生教育环境,发挥其特质潜能和环境适应能力,更好地完成为民族地区培养人才的任务,笔者以访谈调研和问卷调查的方式,对疆藏民族生族群特质、学习生活、文化融合等方面进行了分析论述.结果表明:疆藏民族生总体上是积极向上、民族自尊性强、多才多艺等特点;但也存在着文化基础较差、小团体现象明显、纪律观念薄弱等问题.对此提出推进疆藏民族生教育管理工作的几点建议.
Cultivating minority students from Sinkiang and Tibet is a new project of in land national demonstrative higher vocational colleges.In order to explore optimal mode of education and management work of minority students from Sinkiang and Tibet,strengthen educational environment of minority students,and develop their particular proficiency as well as adaptive capacity to environment so as to complete task of cultivating talents for minority areas,this paper analyzes and discusses ethnicity characteristics,school life and cultural fusion of minority students from Sinkiang and Tibet through interviewing and questionnaire.Results show that minority students from Sinkiang and Tibet have merits including positivity,strong national pride and versatility,but also have problems such as poor culture base,groupuscule phenomenon and weak discipline concepts.Based on that,it puts forward suggestions on promoting education and management work of minority students from Sinkiang and Tibet.
