摘要
龙头桥水库总库容6.146亿m3,但调节库容尚不足3亿m3,为多年调节水库。怎样合理的利用水库水资源,更合理地确定水库汛限水位问题显得十分必要和紧迫。对于水库来说,在确保水库安全的前提下,科学合理地调整汛限水位,增加兴利库容是解决水资源供需矛盾的一项十分重要的措施。文章分析了龙头桥水库防洪与兴利的关系,为龙头桥水库防洪与兴利提供合理的解决方案。
Longtouqiao Reservoir is a multi-year regulating reservoir with a total capacity of 6. 146 × 108m3 and the regulation capacity less than 3 × 108m3. It is necessary and urgent how to utilize the water resources in the reservoir reasonably and determine the flood control level appropriately. For a reservoir it is an important measure to regulate the flood control level scientifically and increase the benefit capacity so as to solve the contradiction of supply and demand under the condition of guaranteeing the reservoir safety. The relation of flood control and benefit for Longtouqiao Reservoir is analyzed and reasonable proposal is provided in the paper
