摘要
论述了钕铁硼磁体化学转化膜防腐蚀技术的现状,指出单独的钝化膜耐腐蚀性不强;铁系磷化膜有彩色导致不同批次不同时间获得的磷化膜均一性差,相比较而言,锌系磷化膜的耐腐蚀性较好,与阴极电泳的配套性良好,可以提高钕铁硼的耐腐蚀性能。为了获得质量稳定的磷化膜,需加强应用基础的研究。
The situation of the anti-corrosion technology of NbFeB chemical conversion coating is discussed.For example,the sole passivation coating has a poor ability of corrosivity.The multicolor of iron phosphating conversion coating results in the poor uniformity of phosphating conversion coating gained by different batches and time.By comparison,the Zinc Phosphationg conversion coating has a good ability of anti-corrosion.Its nice match with cathode electrophoresis is capable of increasing the anti-corrosion capibility of NbFeB.It is necessary to enhance the application foundation reseach in order to have a stable quality of phosphating conversion coating.
