摘要 有些电路要求电源极性不能接反,即单相三孔国标电源插座配线要求"地线在上,左零,右火",单相三孔美标电源插座配线要求"地线在下,左零,右火"。市场上的电源线品质参差不齐,电源插座及电源线的配线顺序都可能导致电源极性反接,用电器不能正常工作。为了避免电源极性反接,设计制作了一款便于生产现场作业员使用的电源检测仪,具有电压值确认、极性检测及接地状况确认的功能,在现场得到了广泛的应用,而且取得了良好的效果。 Based on demanding that some circuits require power polarity cannot be reversed. The single-phase three-hole power supply socket requirements is the above is ground,left is neutral,right is fire. American Standard single-phase three-hole power socket wiring requirements is the under is ground,left is neutral,right is fire. On the market,AC power cord is uneven in quality,wiring sequence of the power socket and AC power cord can cause power supply polarity reversal,electrical equipment can not work normally. In order to avoid power supply polarity reversal,designed a suitable detection in power for operators. The power supply tester has functions of voltage value confirmation,polarity detection and earthing status confirmation. In practice,the instrument had been widely used,and achieved good results.
